Felicity Spear: Lodged
(Digitally manipulated mural size pin-hole photograph)

Photography could be regarded as an aide-memoire and a forensic tool, exposing or reconstructing the past through process and image in order to talk about other permutations of time and space. Felicity Spear working with mural sized pin-hole photographs and Sarah Winfrey working with x-rays/radiographs, create a site-specific installation that maps the interior and exterior, the large scale and the small, and the historical, literal and metaphorical associations of this Gallery space, once part of a Free Masons Temple.
